About this deal

Beach powder shimmer gets rid of sand from the skin instantly and leaves a subtle sparkle. Because who doesn’t want to shimmer like the sea on a sunny day?! Completely talc-free and certified safe for babies, children and adults. Eco-friendly. As you’d hope from any product being tipped out onto a beach, Beach Powder is created with green concerns in mind. Stephanie reassures that it’s an entirely natural blend of plant and mineral powders, housed in a recycled cardboard tube, and the shimmer version doesn’t contain any plastic glitter particles either. So would I use this product in real life, on holiday? Well, if there was a tap or shower to hand, that would obviously still be my first port of call for sandy skin, but not all beaches have one. The synthetic fluorphlogopite in Beach Powder Shimmer is sometimes referred to as synthetic mica. It mimics the effect of natural mica but it’s made by scientists. Although it’s a man-made substance, it is constructed of natural minerals, so don’t let the word “synthetic” put you off!

Beach Powder removes sand from the skin, effortlessly! It’s talc-free, all-natural and safe for your skin and for the environment. Like many people we first saw this product on Dragon's Den. Two Dragon's bought in and gave the founder and inventor of Beach Powder, Stephanie Kelsey, exactly what she was asking for.

To see how well this product works, I had to do a bit of improvisation on my garden patio. I’m not due to go on a holiday for a while, so I had to try to replicate beach conditions by coating my legs with SPF and smothering on sand (helpfully sent over by Beach Powder with my testing sample.) I can see how this, paired with sanitiser, would also be a good way to get your hands clean and grit-free for lunch on the beach.

The cosmetic glitter used in Beach Powder Shimmer is made from natural minerals and is plastic-free, so it won’t pollute the sea or the water sources. This beach sand remover brush set is very effective if it comes to cleaning beach toys, watersport equipment, footwear and any type of gear that may collect dry or wet sand, and you can even use it to brush off your dog after a beach stroll. A must-have beach tool! Powder Pouch Sand Remover The idea for a sand removing powder now born, all that remained was the correct formulation and a cool catchy name: Beach Powder. Perfect. I love this product! I would never promote anything that I would not buy myself. I love this. @babytoddlerfoods, blogger Living on an island as beautiful as the Isle of Man means Stephanie cares passionately about reducing plastic waste and keeping our stunning beaches and countryside clean.OK! is a registered trade mark of Reach Magazines Worldwide Limited and is used under licence by Reach Magazines Publishing Plc. Beach Powder is an all-natural, talc-free powder for removing sand from the skin. It’s made from a mixture of plant and mineral powders and scented with vanilla. The plant powders in Beach Powder absorb the moisture on your skin so that sand falls off, whilst the mineral powders in the formula provide extremely gentle natural exfoliation. The result is that beach powder leaves the skin totally sand-free and feeling incredibly silky. There is a lot of buzz about this summer's hottest new must-have for your next trip to the beach: Beach Powder and Beach Powder Shimmer. As seen on Dragon's Den- Make your trip to the beach a good one. Love the beach but don’t want to take the sand home with you?
