The author's down-to-earth nature and honesty were refreshing, and I loved reading her story and how she turned her life around. I follow Davina on Instagram and love her holistic approach to health, her strength to overcome addiction and her open honesty.

It comes across that James genuinely does want to help people live their best, healthy lives without getting sidetracked or derailed by all the confusing nonsense in the fitness industry. I'm sure you are very good at your job in health and fitness your just not the kind of person that would in any way motivate or inspire me.
