Network projects enable bilateral and multilateral projects between two or more countries in the Eureka Network in any area. Eureka Globalstars Our Global Incubator Programme is an acceleration programme for cohorts of nine to eight innovative high-growth and scaling businesses to spend time in world-leading incubators abroad. We are living in a time of challenge; a time of constant change; but also, a time of very significant opportunity. support researchers to understand standards development opportunities and the growth opportunities afforded to businesses who can contribute to standards development in new and emerging markets by working closely with the BSI. Organizational changes may be necessary, not because structural silver bullets exist—we’ve looked hard for them and don’t think they do—but rather to promote collaboration, learning, and experimentation. Companies must help people to share ideas and knowledge freely, perhaps by locating teams working on different types of innovation in the same place, reviewing the structure of project teams to make sure they always have new blood, ensuring that lessons learned from success and failure are captured and assimilated, and recognizing innovation efforts even when they fall short of success.

New ideas can only create value if they are adopted and used by people. Innovators need to understand human behaviour, and make sure their ideas are desirable, useful and can be readily adopted. More than 45 countries make up the Eureka network, which supports international collaboration on developing new, innovative products and services. To directly engage with businesses, providing thematic support for European programmes including Horizon Europe and signposting to best sources of expertise
